Changes to the GRS club

Okay so when I woke up this morning I had an influx of submissions from someone who I'm guessing wasn't aware that the GRS D.A. club was for my webcomic. This is partially my fault because I'm new to this whole D.A. club thing and I don't really have anywhere that I say "THIS IS FOR SUCH AND SUCH THING". So I've invited one of my friends to be an admin, and will now be approving submissions before they are submitted.
